Sobay The Dodgers learned to play Baseball in the Birth place of Baseball ( Brooklyn, NY) see Wikapedia:.... The Atlantic Base Ball Club of Brooklyn ("Atlantic" or the "Brooklyn Atlantics") was baseball's first champion and its first dynasty.

Established in 1855, Atlantic was a founding member of the National Association of Base Ball Players in 1857. In 1859, with a record of 11 wins and 1 loss, Atlantic emerged as the recognized champions of baseball. Atlantic held the championship through the 1861 season, albeit in controversial fashion. In a third and deciding game with Excelsior of Brooklyn, Excelsior was leading 8-6 and had men on base, but was forced to withdraw by a rowdy crowd of Atlantic partisans and gamblers. The game was declared a draw, and the championship retained by Atlantic.

Then they went to California and forgot how to play baseball.....Sorry, Fact. But you can claim them now.

Dodgers opened up on the D-Backs during the second half. Nice score of 11-2.

    LOL! Gotta love the guy.

All I know about Manny is that he's a helluva player and I love watching him play. I know we have him for this year, so I will enjoy it while he is in Dodger Blue.

It was awesome man! I witnessed the first Dodger Cycle since 1970, and the first Dodger to ever hit for the cycle at Dodger Stadium. Orlando Hudson was on fire! Manny did great, Ethier hit 2 bombs, and Billingsly struck out 11. Dodgers won 11-1. I had 2 Dodger Dogs, Garlic Fries, Nachos...I was in heaven!

I'll post some pics later tonight.

Man that sounds like a good time, I wonder if you overnighted a Dodger dog to Atlanta could I pop it in the microwave for 30 sec. and it still be any good.
